Fancy spending the weekend basking in the sun* as England try to skittle out the West Indies or batter their bowling for six in the fourth test match of the summer?
Well if you do, look no further. silicon.com has two pairs of tickets for one lucky reader, plus guest, to attend this weekend's test match on both the Saturday and Sunday, at the Riverside Ground, Durham.
All you have to do to win is send us your funniest story about a job interview gaffe which you have suffered, witnessed or heard of from a friend or colleague. The funniest submission, as adjudged by the silicon.com editorial team, will win both sets of tickets. The winner must be available to make their own way to the Riverside Ground, Durham this weekend. The prize consists of tickets only.
Send all your entries to editorial@silicon.com marked 'Please give me some test match tickets' no later than 12:00pm (BST) on Thursday 14 June.
The test match begins this Friday, so all submissions must be entered by 12:00pm (BST) on Thursday 14 June to stand a chance of winning, please include a contact telephone number. The tickets will then be dispatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery (silicon.com will notify you ahead of dispatch and you must be available on Friday to sign for the tickets). The decision of the silicon.com editorial team is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All submissions may be used in content published on the silicon.com site, please state if you wish your story to remain anonymous.
* silicon.com can in no way guarantee sunshine. If the test is rained off or otherwise cancelled then no replacement tickets will be offered or travel costs reimbursed. No cash, or alternative prize, is available.
