shortsighted companies, with a get rich quick fix to employment will see a full circle development over time. Overwhelming demand from uk citizens for uk call centres, plus evidence which contradicts the cost effectiveness of centres in India will make companies think twice, it could be their downfall.
uk co's, would be wise to advertise they have a uk call centre, the trend is a shift away from call centres abroad.
