How secure will the system be when entrusted entirely to outsiders and when the have a 10 year fixed contract will their attitude change so they couldn't give a s--- if they attend promptly to any faults. The Sheffield police are in the news today for not responding to a woman's pleas for help and blame it on thier telephone system, which is probably on a similar contract.
