A question about numbers...
Quoting the article: "A survey of 1,000 UK adults in February found that 142 switched supplier..." this means a 14.2%.
At the end of the article, when talking about banking defecting rates: "...that last year 1.09 per cent of UK banking customers changed supplier..."

Well, I'm not sure about what these different numbers point out.
Maybe the defecting rate in the banking sector (1.09%) is smaller than in Telcon and Insurance sectors (14.2%), but if an 0.343% is enough to cancel the offshoring savings in the banking sector, what's going on in the Telcon and Insurance sectors?

In my opinion, these numbers are very interesting and quite important in order to light the offshoring effect on clients, so please, anybody knows why this difference?

Thanks in advance, DG
