I always said that you have to pay a price to save costs, in other word, "You get nuffink for nuffink".
Corner-cutting usually fouls up any project, leaving a sour taste in the mouths of the users, and frustration on the part of the developers. Getting it right first time means getting the cost and time estimates realistic, and selling the product.
Outsourcing is just another fouled-up project.
But what are the most likely causes of failure?
