That gave me a good laugh! He KNOWS that the building will never be ready on time. All of the construction delays will be met by reducing testing time. The final date will nto change. As with all IT managers before him he will be at project meetings begging, "When will I have stable power?" and "Why is the air con not running?" and shouting, "You promised the site would be dust free - who is going to pay for the damage to this new equipment??"
It always the same.
