I haven't seen anything in the press about the impact of the Buncefield fire on T5. But if a major proportion of LHRs fuel came form there, and there are ongoing problems in supplying fuel for the present level of activity, how will T5 be able to operate?
Is there any possibility of new fuel delivery infrastucture being in place in the next few years?
Maybe things have improved since this Guardian article: http://www.guardian.co.uk/buncefieldfueldepotblaze/story/0,,1703232,00.html
A 50% increase in supplies to operate T5 at full capacity is a big ask.
