How about trying the over 40's and recent IT graduates?
Any skills shortage has been caused by companies - usually their HR departments - failing to invest in & support their technical staff.
These same "kiddies" in HR seem completely incapable of using the skills of the experienced "over 40's" or of giving recent graduates their first opportunities.
The rise in the power of HR has led to this current unnecessary crisis.
