We need to cut a few C-level board execs, whose primary motivation is their renumeration package, rather than the customers' and company's best interests.
Leave the people at the coal-face to get on with running the business - it's what they do best, and look for real organic growth as you should have managed out any waste by now, or you are rubbish at your board level job.
