Don't waste time encrypting emails - they are inherently too cryptic to decode unless you are really in the swim of things.

I'm not sure Peter really means this? Yes, casual emails are usually pretty opaque but, presumably, he would support the idea of encrypting structured documents referring to an individual cases records and particualrly those carrying a payload attachment of word-processed documents, spreadsheets etc.!
