IT is a vocation! You should all be doing it out of the goodness of your heart in the sure knowledge that you are making a small but vital contribution to the countries economic health. How dare you even contemplate discussing the tawdry subject of money and remuneration. No, no, that kind of thing is only acceptable for those really important industries for which there ia a desperate shortage of even mediocre talent, like........ music, sport, media etc.
