Comment

"British education system isn't producing IT workers of a high enough calibre". The truth of that statement can be seen in reader's comments on silicon.com where contributions by people in IT can show a poor grasp of ordinary English. This is revealed in poor construction of sentences and misspelling of common words eg "cheep" for "cheap" or "there" for "their". If they are as careless in specification and programming, it is little wonder that concern should arise.
