I'm rather heartened that the
good professor has come to understand
exactly what those of us who have to
deal with the soul-less minions of
outsourcers such as CSC dislike, and
how we have chosen to deal with it.

I really rather like the idea of
'In-sourcing', especially when I've got a better idea of how to fix/upgrade the computer on my desk than the overworked drone from the
end of the helpdesk hellhole.
