This paints a very poor picture of the management structure at the DVLA. If it is company policy that porn is prohibited and that extrnal emails are also prohibited, how come it was allowed to go on for so long? The people I feel sorry for are the employees within the company who have had to put up with these disgusting emails doing the rounds and ending up in the in boxes. I would not be happy working for a large organistaion where porn was tolerated. It is not that I am a prude, far from it, but there is no place for that kind of thing in the workplace, it should be confined to 'in you own time, on you own pc'.
