It's not a problem for the business travellers. They have asked their boss for a new laptop to keep up with the Jones at the golf club and had their request turned down as unnecessary.
So guess what? Their laptop gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair. Now they *have* to get a new laptop.
Problem solved.
