Data just got safer for SMEs

...but there's a price

Safeonline is today launching an insurance service for SMEs to protect them against the costs of retrieving lost data.

Research by McGladrey and Pullen suggests that 43 per cent of companies close if they are unable to access business critical data for ten days or more.

Safeonline research found that a staggering 75 per cent of SMEs were not adequately protected against disasters such as the loss of information through the corruption of data human err
