Demon founder says Budget will ignore start-ups' needs

Wise words from a wise man who lives in Belgium (possibly for tax reasons)...

Cliff Stanford, the founder of Demon Internet and Redbus, believes the 2002 Budget will ignore the problems of those starting new businesses.

Stanford claims investment is currently at the lowest level he has ever seen. He believes the way to address this is to abolish capital gains tax and make investment in new businesses tax deductible.
