
Technician included in box - but not inside it

Telewest has inked a deal that will see the cable company's blueyonder broadband service sold 'in-a-box' in 137 Carphone Warehouse shops.
A spokeswoman said the service will work by matching a potential customer's postcode against areas where broadband is available on Telewest's network. It will cost £25 before monthly charges.
Customers purchase a 'pocket-sized pack' which Telewest said includes installation by a technician and a CD-ROM with tips, demos and other relevant information about broadband.
