Of course virus writers are laying low. After last month everyones at full red alert battle stations. What chance does a writers little creation have of getting anywhere? Not much I would say. So they are going to sit back and wait for everyone to get comfortable and lackadaisical and wait for the next big exploit or vulnerability. After all.. in the virus underground you dont get points for mass producing hundreds of viruses a month. You get points for your creation hitting the top ten threats and making the evening news.
