What about denial of service when your ISP pulls the plug. I'm with UK2 and have had a succession of 'pseudo' DOS attacks with my corporate sites being brought down. Variously through what is subsequently reported as work on nameservers or just ignored. Fixing it is beyond my capabilities as it requires direct access to their servers. Any request for an explanation is of course ignored. We are now looking at switching away from UK2 due to their total and continuing unreliability. Strange how the Russian mob is criminalised for DOS attacks when our own ISPs do much the same, I would have liked the opportunity of paying money top avoid loss of service!
