ISP "aiding & abetting"?
Much has been written about cyber criminals being helped by the poor behaviour of ISPs.
"Black-holing" an innocent customer who is being victimised by a DoS attack sounds like a very poor response.
It makes the DoS threat even more serious and verges on "aiding and abetting" the crime.
LINX and the ISPs urgently need a code of practice which stops this abuse and also provides solutions to such DoS attacks and threats.
If these attacks are being initiated from a lawless country, "black-holing" that country should produce useful action!
