Why are you letting your staff use P2P on a company network in the first place?
That's a more worrying concern with viri and such like. As for not being able to patch illegal software, SME's are notorious for not patching full stop, Illegal or not.
But it does beg the question why use illegal software in the first place, is it anything to do with software companies ramping up software costs to much and take the proverbeal like MS and Adobe have done with across the pond pricing.
